+ How do I check the status of my order?
After each order is shipped, the client is provided with a USPS Tracking Number so that they are able to check the status of their package.
+ How much does shipping cost?
General USPS shipping costs $3.99 per order. However the price can vary if the customer would like expedited priority shipping.
+ How are products shipped?
Packages are generally shipped through USPS.
+ Can I track my package??
Yes, via the USPS Tracking Number provided once the package is mailed out.
+ Will my order ship all in one package?
Yes, generally all orders are shipped in one package.
+ I really need this ASAP, is a rush option available?
Yes, USPS priority & next day shipping options are available upon request.
+ How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most items are made to order so it generally takes about 2-3 business days for an order to process and then 2-3 business days for the item(s) to be received once shipped. However, a shorter turnaround time is available for expedited orders.
+ Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If a customer has to change their shipping address, it is recommended to do it within 24 hours of placing the order so that we have the correct mailing address before the order is processed.
+ Can I track my package internationally?
Yes, international packages also have a USPS Tracking Number to keep track of each package.
+ My order is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
If your order has been marked as delivered, but it hasn’t been received check with your local mail carrier and/or local USPS office to see if they are holding the package. If they don’t have it contact info@tatianailia.com
+ Why was I charged for “custom charges”?
Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
+ My order is a gift. Can you exclude the packing slip?
Yes, if your order is a gift please include that in the notes section before confirming your order so that we can exclude the packing slip & mail it out to the recipient of the gift.
+ Do you have a storefront?
Currently we are mainly online based. However, we do a variety of Pop-Up Shop & Showcase events throughout the New York City area. Check out our blog & social media page to keep up with our upcoming events.
